shoulder press 135-145-160(PR)-130-125
Push Press 145-160-175(PR)-180F-135
Push Jerk 145-160-175(PR)-135-90

This time I gamed the system a bit. I have noticed it is hard for me to get PRs if I wait until the last set on each exercises to go for the heavy weight. I decided this time I would go heavy from the get go and try to get my PR on the 3rd set. Then drop the weight for the last set or two. Seemed to have worked out for me this time. I think all of the handstand push-ups they are making us do have really helped me in the shoulder press department.

the PR's are a little contrived since i've never done 3 rep push presses or 5 rep jerks but they do fall in line with my other PR's for those exercises. i felt like i could have kept jerking at 150 but i kept catching the bar lower and lower and by the 4th one, i couldn't get a good enough press from that starting position.
