Subbed single-unders for double-unders

I got everything unbroken, so that's the best I've ever done jumping rope with a forward spin. The double-unders still elude me. I just can't seem to complete even one. My strategy is going to be to practice single-unders until I get a perfect rhythm (with double-under attempts after the WOD). If I can do single-unders for 2:00 straight, surely I can get to a double-under. I'll double up on the jumping reps next time as well.

cant get the rope around fast enough for double unders, so i did single unders
