I was really happy to finally do some HSPUs. However, they about killed me. Hopefully, I'll be ready to lower the stack an inch or two next time we do HSPUs.

Back from vacation in Florida and finally feeling well after getting sick. Still not 100% but I did not feel nearly as much lung pain during this one as I did last week.

21-15-9

HSPU with a very steep incline, maybe 70 degrees
Bar dips
PU

Last time I did this an RCH short of 19 min. I also used far less of an incline, not even 45 degrees so I felt pretty good about this.

shoulder press - 65# dumbbells for first 21, 95# bar for 15 and 9
bar dips - 63/45/27
push ups

time = 27:18

i wasted a lot of time trying lighter dumbbells and then getting a rack set up for shoulder press, but i was still slower than i would have liked

This is a PR for me since I've never done this as Rx'd before. Did 12 really good unbroken HSPU 1st round, then sets of 5/4. Did a set of 5 the second round and after that they were almost all singles. My shoulders are crying Sad
