For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Post time

19:13 (subbed to the Pack=35 reps on each rounds, subs as follows: 20" box, 35 lbs. dumbbell swings, unanchored sit-ups for knees to elbows, 14 lbs. medicine ball, single-under jump rope)

Burpees are what kill me on these. They took me over 6:00. Either way it's 2:44 faster than last time.

50 reps each

subbed the following:
20" box
12# medicine ball
single unders
only did 25 knees to elbows, the remaining 25 were knees to chest

time = 30:15

Forgot to post my time on this one.

Subbed 40# cinderblock for swings
Subbed 22#med. ball

Everything else as Rx'd

Time: 30:49

I went home and did this on my lunch break. It is hot as fuck outside, and I wanted to take a half day once I was finished. This is 1:49 seconds slower than last time, but I did it all as Rx'd where as last time I only did 35 reps for Wall ball and burpees and 150 singles instead of DU's.

I woke up too late. I only got halfway finished before I had to leave to get to lab meeting on time. I'll try to fit this in next week somewhere.
