 06-25-2009 Rest Day

Today was a rest day for the CF main site WOD. I'm a little behind, and since my neck is still pretty sore I decided not to do the 400m, KB swing, HSPU WOD, or the front squat WOD which I tried this afternoon that still agitated it.

However, since I'm going to FL in a week I need all the exercise I can get; so today I did a "neck friendly", "beach muscle" work out.

I did as many rds in 20 minutes as I could of:

5 Ring dips
10 Double unders
15 Push-ups
20 Sit-ups

7 rds + 5 ring dips + 10 DU + 3 PUs

Rested for 3 minutes then finished with 5 minutes of double unders (> 125 DU)

I'll catch up on the ones I missed just trying to maximize my workouts and minimize my injury.

Can't do the 1 arm exercises since I hit shoulders so hard yesterday, and I'm gonna wait til I get back from FL to do the CFT. Wait til I'm nice and rested.

So I did my beach body workout again:

5 Ring dips
10 Double unders
15 Push-ups
20 Sit-ups

9 rds even this time.
