"Fight Gone Bad!"

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Add your points and post them to comments.

Compare to 100117.

272 (PR by 14; stopped clock to relocate to rower, 18” box)

A'drian almost got me. I beat him by only 3 points this time. He destroyed me on the rower and overhead press. One day I'll break 300.

While I hate FGB when I am doing it, I do like to see the improvement. I feel like this is a good metric for overall performance increase. This was the first workout Seth and I did as members of Golds Gym in DC.

AP Seth
183 215 3/31/2009
206 237 8/04/2009
237 258 1/18/2010
269 272 7/15/2010

That's some pretty good improvement over 1 1/4 years. I looked at our original email on this one and Seth was pulling only 16cal max on the rower, He has added 4cal per min since then, 25% more energy expended in the same period of time. I think the rowing and total point increase really shows that we have all gained the ability to generate more work and expend much more energy over the exact same period of time. We are also using 20# wall balls now instead of 12-14#.

Matt, the first time you did this you did 254 with a 12# medicine ball, I will be very interested to see where you are at now.

296 PR by 10

Also, just thought I would brag. We were out on a rented pontoon boat this weekend and came across a large tractor tire (300lb+). Needless to say, we put it on the boat to take it back to my house. I now am the proad owner of my own flipping tire. I can flip it a few times, not easily, but I will work on it. I'm excited.

So fucking awesome. I hope you were drunk while trying to put that tire on the boat. Would have made for quite a shit show.
