Complete three rounds for time of:
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, right arm
21 L Pull-ups
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm
21 L Pull-ups

Post time to comments.

These are squat not power snatches.

Compare to 091129.

7:32+9:58+10:11=27:41 (PR by 4:10; subbed 15 reps per exercise, 30# dumbbell, and knee-tuck pull-ups)

Avg.HR=166, Calories=435

I used a 30# dumbbell for the first round, and then switched to 25#. I could not keep my balance and arm position for my left arm. Figured it was better to drop weight and get my range of motion proper then go to big and hurt myself.
