10 Pull-ups
10 Dips
10 Sit-ups
10 Squats

I pack scaled this one. I think I could have done the WOD as RxD, but I felt that this was meant to be fast given the scaling.

6 Rnds total 13:11

For round 4&5 some Jack whole jumped on the assist machine and used as a stretching device. There are over 100 workout machines at our gym and he had to use one of the five machines being used at the time. Seth's right, I should have said something to him since I was on it, but I just did not want to slow my time down. Plus, I happen to be a pussy.

For round 4&5 I did jumping pullups and chair dips.

21:02 (8 rounds, unanchored sit-ups; Avg.HR=169, Calories=319)

Planned to pack it at 6 rounds (which I got in 14:15), but decided to knock out a couple more. Got 90 pull-ups and 90 dips in 17:36 previously, so I'm pretty happy with this time, especially since the PU and dip bars are not next to each other at the new gym.
