 06-29-2010 OH-walk/WB/Farmer carry

Set a cone at 20 meters. Five rounds for time of:
185 pound barbell Overhead walk, 40 meters
30 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
95 pound barbells Farmer carry, 40 meters

The barbells must be turned around the cone.

30 14# Wall Ball
45# Kettle Bells for the Farmer carry


I think Seth summed up this workout best when he said, "I never thought shoulders would be the worst part of the wall balls."

2:42+3:25+3:32+4:02+4:06 = 17:47 (100# Overhead walk, 18# wall-ball, 2 x 45# KB Farmer’s carry, did laps of ~40m around basketball half court; Avg.HR=170, Calories=267)
