Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Post time and number of sets to completion.

I was only able to finish six rounds before I had to give up. I need to re-tape my bar cause it shredded my hands badly this time.

26:41 for 8 rounds (scaled to 15 # on weighted PUs; no neutral grip; PR by 4:39)

Thought my pull-ups weren't really improving, but the PR demonstrated that they are. Maybe next time I'll have enough juice to finish this one. Long time before I'll be able to pack it with 35#.

Since I cant do this many real pullups I used assistance for all of them, I also can't kip on the machine so I have to do what I can to try and simulate the spirit of the workout.
