Run 800 meters
15 ft Rope Climb, 5 ascents
50 Push-ups

6:18+8:32+9:57+9:30+9:14 = 43:31 (subbed 600 meters, 25 towel PUs, and 25 push-ups; Avg.HR=173, Calories=674)

Somehow I found a zone after the third round. I didn't speed up that much, but I also didn't feel like I was going to die like I did for rounds 2 and 3. This was fucking killer, maybe as hard as a full Murph. I wish I could do a true rope climb to see how the towel pull-ups compare. I'm always doubtful of their subs, which would be like 90 pull-ups per round, but I bet it's harder to do two rope climbs (no legs) than 25 towel pull-ups.

There was no way I could do 90 pullups, and our Gym does not have a way for me to towel bar pullups, so I used standard pullups. 30/round, and 25 pullups


AVG HR=149, Cal=897
