Seven rounds for time of:
7 Handstand push-ups
135 pound Thruster, 7 reps
7 Knees to elbows
245 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
7 Pull-ups

4:28+7:23+9:14+8:35+9:20=39:00 (pack scaled = 95# thrusters, 205# DLs, 55# KB swings; 1st 21 HSPUs to stack of 3x10# plates; last 14 HSPUs progressions w/ foot over Smith machine bar)

This one was a beast after the previous two days.

This was a total beast. I went into this thinking I would be able to finish between 25-30 min, boy was I wrong. The progression from one exercise to the next really made the following exercise even more difficult.
