21 Turkish get-ups, Right arm
50 Swings
21 Overhead squats, Left arm
50 Swings
21 Overhead squats, Right arm
50 Swings
21 Turkish get-ups, Left arm

Actually got to do this with a kettlebell

I should have tried to stick with the 55# one they had at the gym but after 6 i switched.

You definitely made the right decision on the switch. I don't understand how anyone could do this with a 2-pood (that's 70#, right?).

My time was an awesome 42:54 (35# on all KB swings; 35# on 1st sets of Turkish get-ups; 15# on 2nd sets of Turkish get-ups).
Avg. HR=158, Calories=610

This was death. I can't decide if I'm getting weaker/slower or if the WODs/scalings are just getting more difficult. This one was a killer. Not looking forward to "The Seven" tomorrow.
