I think I am going to have to call this one Sandy V, because I could not do it with the proper scaling do to the large quantity of sand emanating from my lady box. This gym does not have an assist machine for pull-ups that I can put a towel over, so I can't do towel pull-ups.

Mine is so sandy I'm not even going to attempt. I didn't the first time it came around so I figured why start. I actually tweaked my neck a bit on the C&J, so I decided to rest it a bit.

Rode my mountain bike for several miles instead.
