28:37 as RX'd (Avg. HR=182, Calories=576)

I totally sucked on this one. 1st mile = 7:33, Row 2k = 11:22 (break every 500m), 2nd mile at 8:30 pace w/ 0:30 second walking break halfway through. I should qualify my time w/ a night of drinking and no food prior, but that's my own fault. I'm shooting for sub-27:00 if this ever comes back around. Also, this registered a 4.6 on my HR monitor training effect scale--that's the highest I've ever registered.

I took this one slow on the mile so I could play to my rowing advantage. It worked out for me. I ran the first mile at 10:00, the rowing was unbroken and took right around Just a hair under 8, and the last mile took 10:30.

I hear ya on the drinking Seth. There was no way I was going to do this one since i went to Steeple Chase the day before. Barf. Nice job AP!
