Ideally, the pull-up bar is one foot above your reach.

12:02 (modified pack scaling = 75 burpee pull-ups to a bar that can be gripped at full extension while standing)
Avg. HR = 178, Calories = 193
Good luck on this one fellas. 100 reps with a bar one foot above your reach is going to be awfully tough.

50 burpee pull-ups with bar that can be reached at full extension.

I hate burpees, these sucked, but I though they were more fun than regular ones. I felt like I was dunking a basketball.
