Post total load (add up all six barbell loads)

I did this after Diane. I Wanted to start with this but everyone was camping out on the only rack in the gym. I subbed back squats for the front squats.

225-185 x 10-225-155 x 20-225-135 x 20

Too tired to finish the last set of 30

Total load 1150

I did back squats because the front squats weren't feeling right today.

225-155x10-205-125x20-195-105x30

This sucked. For the 30 I did 10, then did 'sets' of 5 and rested standing up with the bar on my back. I don't know if that's cheating or not but I would have had to do BW squats otherwise.

These new rep sequences are pretty tough. . . but I like it. Although it is hard for me to judge the weight I should use for the 20 and 30 rep sets.

Edit: I just read a couple of things that say you should be able to do around 75% of 1RM x 10, 50% of 1RM x 20, 20% of 1RM x 30

I didn't see that it was front squats, so I did back squats as well. I was being very careful since I was working in a new gym without a spotter. I certainly should have gone harder on the 20x and 30x sets.
