I was humbled today, but I expected it. Joshie is one of the hardest hero workouts. The last time I did this was in March, the weekend after I defended. I didn't come close to finishing. I don't even think I got two rounds.
Today, I went for a modified pack scaling. I did three rounds, but with 15 reps of each fun item. I also subbed a 30# dumbbell on snatches and knee-tuck pull-ups for L pull-ups (rotating through grips).

I know you guys are going to destroy my time, but it was all pull-ups that slowed me down. However, I couldn't puss out and not at least do knee tucks.
