10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

As RX'd if I weighed 135# (Deadlift 205#; Bench 135#; Clean 100#)

I did power cleans knowing Joshie was going to kill us with the squat snatches the day after.

23:49 Avg.HR=171, Calories=416

Last time, I did 10-9-8-7-6-5 in 28:45, but w/ squat cleans. Probably an improvement this time, but those squat cleans usually get me pretty bad.

Weighed in at 186# the exact same weight as last time I did this, so I decided to go with the same lifting weight for a point of comparison. Did from the ground power cleans.

255# DL ~1.4x BW
175# Bench -10# BW
140# Clean .75 BW

35:51 (4:18 sec slower than last time)

After the 9th round I had to change my DL bar to my clean bar. The gym was super busy (shoulddn't the Vandy kids be out poppin their collars and spending their parents mony). Anyway, I have several more excuses I was going to throw out there but you guys are too smart for that. All I have to say is that I'm a "vagine", and Linda is a bitch!
