Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

Modified Pack Scaling = 3 pull-ups/bar dips for muscle-up; HSPUs to stack of 4x10# plates; 55# dumbbell swings

8 rounds + 6 muscle-ups and 6 dips

Last time I tried to go with a stack of 3x10# plates, but it was a severely limiting factor. This time was much better. I'll go back down to the 3-stack when I get to 10 rounds.

Subbed 3:1 PUs and 3:1 ring dips for Muscle-ups
subbed 55# weight for 70# swings (it was all we could rig)

Matt = 10 rds

Dustin (also subbed feet on a 42" fence for HSPU)
8 rds

Ring dips were limiting for both or us.
