How many lunges were 50m for you? Or did you just go by distance and not count them. I can't remember how many I was doing for 100ft but I think it was 21 and that would be about 32 for 50m. Just making sure my math isn't way off.

I think your math is off. I do 100 ft (basketball court end line to end line) in 32 steps. That means 50 ft is equal to 16 steps. Therefore, 50 yds or 150 ft is 48 steps. I did 50 steps to get 50 m (2 extra steps for the difference in a meter and a yard.

I was a little off. I remeasured. My stride is 50 inches, which means it would be 24 strides/100ft, not 21. So it would be about 40 lunges/50 meters.

Sounds about right. By leg length, you've got at least 5" or 6" on me. So, by the time you do all of those lunges, you should be around 10 steps ahead. Good luck tomorrow.
