Pack-scaled (3 RFT w/ 65# SDHP; subbed pull-ups and bar dips 3:1 for muscle-ups)

Avg. HR = 166, Calories = 247

Definitely could have gone for another round or heavier weight, but my grip was starting to go on the pull-ups. I had planned on 4 rounds this morning, but I just turned into a vag over the course of teh day.
