is this 3 rounds of 21-15-9, or just 21-15-9?

I believethe three rounds are 1 x21, 1x15, and 1x9

Otherwsie this would be rediculous.

45 reps total of each. this is supposed to be a sub-5 minute workout

AP and I really tried to game this to reach a goal of 5:00. We didn't quite get there, but we were definitely on point as far as what BrandX suggests.

Modified pack scaling

5 rounds of 9 reps = 45 reps
Thrusters at 65#

6:23

I almost saw pukey. In addition, my arms shook for about 15 minutes after we finished. I was gasping for the air the entire time. I really never thought a 6 minute workout could be so good. Pull-ups were by far the limiting factor.
