Subbed 90 pull-ups and 90 dips.

I was disappointed this morning, until I realized that my previous time was 18:43, rather than 17:43. Every improvement helps.

I had a great time on the first 60--it was under 10:00. I really lost it from about 70 on.

I scaled this one 90/90 like last time. I destroyed the first 60, then my little muscles told me they were tired. I did not beat my last time, but I removed 20# of resistance.

I know, but I can't workout in the mornings, and if I waited until this afternoon once I got off of work I wouldn't have done anything because we have a v-ball game tonight. I really let myself and all of us down I guess.
