Pack Scaled = 75 reps per exercise

The grouping makes this a time killer. The pull-ups took almost a full 10:00, the push-ups around 5:00, and the rest was split between sit-ups and squats. I was only able to average a HR of 158, most of it due to the last couple exercises.

Pack scaled @50 reps.

Also I used the lat pull down bar since my gym in the apartment does not have an assisted pull-up machine.

target time 15-20 minutes
17 push-ups (PR)

36:30 w/ GHDs

The PUs killed me. I was only doing 5 at a time after the first set. It's been a couple months since I've done them.
