| I scaled it to around 75% body weight, I'm a big dude.
225# for bench and squats, 45# resistance for pullups

Body weight:202 BP(135#): 12 - 10 - 10 - 8 - 6 = 46 PU(70#assist): 16 - 14 - 12 - 11 - 9 = 62 SQ(135#): 19 - 17 - 12 - 12 - 5 = 65
That hurt. Squats were bad. I kept feeling pukey in the middle of my squat set so I would stop even though I could have gotten a few more. | |
