-forehead to a stack of 4 x 10# plates on HSPUS
-knee-tuck pull-ups rotating through grips

according to the scaling i should have also done a 1:00 total time L-sit. i spaced on that one. not used to doing random extras after the rounds. HSPU's are weak. went something like 6-2-2, 3-2-3-2, 4-2-1-1-1-1 with all pull-ups unbroken
