I have a hard time doing multiples of these. It strains my shoulders a lot more to lower the weight and catch it on my shoulders multiple times in a set. On several reps a dropped weight all the way down and did hang cleans back up to my shoulders.

I tweaked my back a little on the 2nd rep of 155, so I took it easy and worked on form. I'm pretty happy with the numbers considering that my PR for one rep is 170. It's really hard to reset after a rep with that heavy-ass weight overhead.

got two at 165 but the second one was so wobbly i was legitimately afraid of a dump from full extension on the last rep so i didn't even try it.
