For time:
Row 1000 meters
95 pound barbell Thruster, 21 reps
21 Pull-ups
Row 750 meters
95 pound barbell Thruster, 15 reps
15 Pull-ups
Row 500 meters
95 pound barbell Thruster, 9 reps
9 Pull-ups

If you do not have a rower, replace row efforts with a 1 mile run, 800 meter run and a 400 meter run.

20:22 (subbed 65# thrusters = the pack)

I got a new heart rate monitor today. I ran between 162 and 184 the whole workout, never below 172 while I was working. I'm going to try to go back to work every time I drop below 170 when I'm resting (if I don't hit it up before then).

Felt really good on the rowing and thrusters today. I was able to keep it in 1:55 & 2:05/500M. I finally found a zone for rowing and it felt really comfortable.

Finished with OHS @ 65# x 15, 95# x 10, 95# x 10
