Also did 2 rounds of 2:00 of single-unders for practice at the end and a 1:00 round of tuck jumps for good measure.
I just can't seem to get the timing on a double-under. I suck at jumping rope anyway--in fact, I can't even jump spinning the rope forward more than a few times. For some reason, when I was little, I learned to spin the rope backwards. I tried the double-unders both ways today and got closer doing it backwards, but never hit it. I guess I'll read more of the tips and watch the videos to see if I can figure out what I'm doing wrong. I think I may start throwing in a little jump rope as a cool-down to try and get some practice.
