15 pull-ups
15 dips
15 burpees

26:46 I touched the ceiling of the GloboGym basement (approximately 14" above my reach) on every burpee.

Burpees are now my least favorite exercise. Virtual shovel is a close second.

I only finished 4 rnds mainly because I just could not get into it. I have been doing a lot of traveling these days and It seems to take me a day or two to get back into the swing of things.

burpees were kinda slow but not too bad. pull-ups/dips part was rate limiting.
